Lost in app purchase on reinstall

I love this app, but am frustrated because it is a memory hog and there is no ay to delete puzzles Ive created from own images. In addition, newly created puzzles are placed at the end and I have to scroll through more than 100 puzzles Ive created to find the new one.

I thought I could delete the app from my iPad and reinstall it to get rid of old puzzles. It got rid of them all right, but I also lost the in app purchase that allowed me to create my own puzzles.

I clicked on the app support button, then n contact us. The contact page was blank so there as no way to get support to have my in app purchase reinstalled.
